Curiosity first
Technology has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Mathematics, informatics and a curiosity about how things work led me to competitions and international recognition, including the Intel Innovation Award and opportunities to represent Bulgaria internationally. I studied at the Geo Milev Mathematics High School in Stara Zagora and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics and a Master’s degree in E-Business and E-Governance from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Learning to build teams
My first professional role was Embedded Software Developer at MM Solutions. From 2008 to 2018, I worked at IBM Bulgaria, building and scaling a Data & Business Intelligence Competence Center with certified experts delivering complex international projects. This taught me that technology matters, but people and trust matter even more.

RSC
Since 2018 my primary focus has been RSC, the Data & AI services company I co-founded that year with my longtime friend and business partner, Rumen Rachkov, and lead as CEO. RSC has grown from Bulgaria into an international company with a presence in DACH, France and the Nordics.
Never a straight line
My entrepreneurial interests have never followed a straight line. My early initiatives were varied, with lingerie retail shops as one example; later I co-founded a technology project related to chips for cryptocurrency computation, as well as Club BG Rhythm, known for horo nights and folk dancing near Sofia’s National Palace of Culture. I am also a co-founder of Promille Partners Winery; wine, winemaking and the care behind small details are a genuine passion of mine.
Today
Today I’m deeply focused on AI and participate in ventures in different capacities — as co-founder, investor, partner or supporter. Outside business, I love hiking in the mountains, traveling with family and exploring new places, as well as football, swimming, table tennis and skiing. Music is another passion of mine: I play the guitar, piano and accordion as an amateur. My wife Petya and our two children are my greatest source of strength and meaning. We have been together since 2007 and married since 2012.
